About Morningtide Media
My name is Travis Greer, and I am the proprietor of Morningtide Media Photgraphy. I have been shooting photography for 10 years but started my own business in April of 2007. My photographic experience comes from many projects to my credit that include: commercial & corporate events (where my current place of employment utilizes my work), weddings, family, concerts, nature, & art. I began my career as a marketing professional and e-commerce analyst for a local insurance company based in Louisville, KY and I'm an alumni of the University of Louisville.
I enjoy the creative aspect to my work, and photography is an outlet to express myself. I show the world what I see through my lens and view it as an extension of myself. I am an avid photographer and computer enthusiast. I enjoy the technical aspects of 3D rendering, Photoshop, Lightroom processing, and web development. I became the founder of Morningtide Media in 2007.
My Philosophy
I enjoy the creative moments that are captured through a lens. The way light paints across a canvas of composition, and the attention to detail in that "moment" is captivating, and most often breathtaking, especially when others can appreciate what I see through the other side. I try to capture the essence of those moments, and pass it along to my clients to enjoy and share with loved ones. I enjoy what I do, and I attempt to assure that my clients enjoy the experience as well.
